No sale tax outside Texas

We collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped inside Texas. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside Texas.

Change and Cancellation

Since our Special-Order products are made to your specifications, they cannot be canceled or changed once the production has begun. We're happy to guide you through measuring and to help you complete your order if you're at all unsure. Please e-mail us via the Contact Us link or call us at 1-888-66-trule (1-888-668-7853).

Shipping and Delivery

Ready-made products will be sent out upon receiving your order. We will begin manufacturing Special-Order products the next business day after you order. COM products will be fabricated after all customer-own-materials are received. It usually take one business day to make each of your products. Once your product is made, with our standard shipping, delivery time is approximately 3-6 additional business days. On rare occasions, there may be delays due to out-of-stock materials, inventory taking, shipping delays, temporary factory overload or factory closures. Read more>>

Warranty and Return

Trule Custom stands behind every product made. We will gladly offer a refund with all ready-made products not satisfactory to you. Products may be returned within 30 days from receiving your shipment for a full refund. They must be in the original packaging with accessories and in undamaged, clean, and brand-new condition. Fees charged for shipping and delivery are non-refundable. Since our Special-Order products are made to your specifications, they are not returnable for any reason other than warranty repair. Color Consistency

Colors and textures on your computer monitor may vary slightly from the actual materials. Please note that window treatment swatches are not backlit when photographed, and may appear different in your windows. Payment

All orders are paid in full when the order is placed on www.trulecustom.com.
