Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Times
Ready-made products will be sent out upon receiving your order. We will begin manufacturing Special-Order products the next business day after you order. COM products will be fabricated after all customer-own-materials are received. It usually take one business day to make each of your products. Once your product is made, with our standard shipping, delivery time is approximately 3-6 additional business days.
Need it sooner?
Next Day and 2nd Day delivery are available for most products.
Exceptions
Please note: On rare occasions there may be delays due to out-of-stock materials, inventory taking, shipping delays, temporary factory overload or factory closures.
Shipping Pricing Contiguous USA
Fee charged for shipping and delivery is 8% of your order's total and is non-refundable. Most products are shipped via UPS. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.
Alaska and Hawaii
For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, a 20% surcharge will be added to your product cost to cover the additional freight costs. Express shipments are not available to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not offer shipping outside the United States, or to APO/FPO addresses, Guam or Puerto Rico.
